Biography
Nick began his career in oil and gas several years ago when he entered the industry as a lease analyst. Eventually, he transitioned into his current role as a Senior Division Order Analyst for one of the largest independent oil and gas companies in North America. Among other things he co-authored the book A comprehensive Study of the Oil and Gas Lease. His experience includes working some of the hottest plays in United States including the Bakken Shale in North Dakota, the Wattenberg field in Northern Colorado and the Uinta Basin in Utah. He has vast knowledge working Federal Units and Participating Areas as well as horizontal wells and fee lands in these areas. He is a member of the National Association of Division Order Analysts, as well as the local chapter in Denver, Colorado.
